Royal Ride Limousines has the following policies in which you must acknowledge and expressly agree to the following, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize Royal Ride Limos to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted by PHONE only. Call 1877-595-9160
AIRPORT ARRIVAL PICK UPS , DEPARTURE TRANFERS, HOURLY CHARTERS, TOURS must be canceled NO LESS then 48 hours prior to pick up time for domestic flights (US / Canada) and 72 Hour for INTERNATIONAL flights . If you have 2 separate bookings, EACH must be canceled separately.
If these time frames are not met prior to your schedule pick-up time, your booking WILL be CHARGED in full. For cancellations that are met within the time frames a $10.00 processing fee per order will be charged.
If a deposit was required at the time of booking, that deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE regardles if cancellation was requested within the time frames.
The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by prescribed time frame or no-show at p/up. If you cancel by the prescribed time frame the balance is waived
No-Show Policy
You will be considered a NO-SHOW and be charged in full for your reservation even if you do not use the limousine service when you do not meet your Chauffeur or contact Royal Ride limousines within 20 minutes of your arrival time (45 minutes for International arrivals requiring customs clearance) .
To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Royal Ride Limos by phone.
Change Policy
Changes must be done 6 hours prior to pick up time by PHONE with Royal Ride Limousines. Do not make any changes with your driver. Changes to bookings are subject to availability. If, a change cannot be completed and results in a cancel you will be charged in full for the order.
Once the reservation is booked and finalized, you may not minimize the amount of hours booked or size of vehicle.
Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time
Royal Ride Limousines and its Affiliates constantly update all flight arrival times when given the correct flight number.
You are given a grace period of 20 minutes after your plane lands (45 minutes for International arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) to deplane and obtain your luggage.
We are not responsible for extra time spent searching for lost baggage, or any extra time you may need at the airport. We will gladly wait for you, however extra time will be charged to credit card.

Point to Point Transfers
There is a 10 minute grace period at PICK-UP scheduled time location; before wait time charges apply.
The hourly rate of the vehicle that you reserved plus a 20% gratuity billed in ½ hour increments (1 hour for Coaches and Buses). Points to point reservations are non- hourly.
Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums:
If there is a minimum of hours required for a booking, we will only accept reservations for that minimum and if any additional hours is needed you will be billed in ½ hour increments and in 1 hour increments for buses or coaches. Additional hours are permitted for such booking; however decreasing the minimum hours is not.
Hourly orders are billed to the total number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hour (1 hour for Buses/Coaches) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Reductions in the amount of time ordered are not permitted once an order is confirmed.
Vehicle Request Policy
Royal Ride Limousines and its Affiliates cannot guarantee specific vehicle color requests; however your preference will be noted at booking but cannot be guaranteed.
Rates & Billing:
Rates may change after an order is completed in order for us to include any extra charges such as, additional hours, tolls, parking fees, additional stops and so forth.

If you wish to give your driver an additional cash tip, it is done at your sole discretion and you will not receive a refund for the 20% gratuity that is already added to the hourly rate. Each hour booked includes the rate per hour, 20% gratuity, any surcharges or airport fee and a $4.00 booking fee.
Surcharges
All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to; road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed to the client.
Payment Methods
Royal Ride Limousines accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express and Discover. Discover available for US orders only.
All charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account. Credit Cards are charged prior to p/up time.
Request to Switch Credit Cards, once a card has been charged are subject to an addl. 8% admin fee.
Royal Ride Limousines Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash. Please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur it will be considered an addl. gratuity & cannot, by labor law, be recovered from Chauffeur.
Affiliate Service Policy
Royal Ride Limousines utilizes, at its own discretion, Affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.
Vehicle Images
Vehicles Images on Royal Ride limousines website may be different than the actual vehicles.
Lost or Damaged Items
Lost, damaged and forgotten items are not a responsibility of Royal Ride Limousines and its Affiliates. Royal Ride Limousines and its Affiliates have the right to charge a delivery fee for the return of such items if found. The rate will be equal to the rate of an Airport Transfer to your location plus 20% Chauffeur gratuity.
Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature
Royal Ride Limousines and its Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures etc.
Vehicle Damage/Cleaning
The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($100 Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($50, Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($50, Replacement Set), Burns ($300 Replacement/Repair), Upholstery Tears ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000) etc.
Termination of any reservation by Royal Ride Limousines or its Affiliates
Royal Ride Limousines reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator on duty feels that the Renter or any member of the renter party is putting anyone in danger. And if party is carrying any illegal substance Royal Ride Limos has the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
Rate Changes
Royal Ride Limousines and its Affiliates reserve the right to change rates at any time without notice.
